- All guests in room must be 21 years are older unless parent or legal guardian is staying in the same room.
- Reservations must be canceled prior to 7 days of arrival to avoid one night room charge – this applies to standard reservations only.
- Package and discounted reservations must be canceled prior to 7 days of arrival to receive any refund. Within 7 days of arrival, no refunds are issued.
- Package and discounted reservations do not allow for early departures.
- Credit card required upon check-in, no cash deposits accepted. We will authorize your credit card at check in for up to $100 per night of stay in addition to nightly room rate. Please understand that use of a "Check Card" will limit your use for up to 10 days oruntil your issuing bank releases authorization hold.
- Holiday and Special Events require a minimum stay and guests are charged for the full stay upon reservation. No early departures are allowed. Events include but are not limited to:
New Years (12/31), Boat Show(2/14 to 2/18), Winter Music Conference (typically the 3rd or 4th week of March), Memorial Day (5/22 to 5/26) & Art Basel (12/5 to 12/10).
- Effective 12/01/08 all hotels will be NON-smoking. This includes all guest rooms, lobbies & bars. Smoking is allowed in outdoor spaces such as courtyards, verandas and patios.
