BOND ST. LOUNGE About: Description: SOUTH BEACH. Tucked inside the basement of the "shabby chic" Townhouse Hotel, this slick, trendy restaurant has a relaxed, lounge-like vibe. This outdoor cafe doesn't draw quite as large a crowd as News Cafe, which makes it a better choice for business meals or for those who would rather converse than people-watch.
