The Hotel requires a deposit in the amount of one night’s room and tax when individuals submit this reservation, payable by credit card. A valid credit card must be presented at check in time for charges of the remaining balance, as well as a deposit ($100) for incidentals. 

Individual reservations made directly by a guest may be cancelled with no penalty to the individual up to 21 days prior to arrival. Cancellations between 21 days and 7 days prior to arrival will be charged a one night’s cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, as well as no shows, will be charged the entire amount of room and tax that would have been generated.
