DEPOSIT POLICY: |
- First night & tax will be charged upon booking the reservation.
- Prepayment of the remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- An authorization in the amount of $100 is required at check-in only on major credit cards for incidental charges. (No debit cards will be accepted).
- Spaces are subjected to availability until Nov. 26,2019

CANCELLATION POLICY: |
- Cancellations between 1 to 29 days prior to the arrival date will be charged one night.
- If cancelling less than 30 days prior to arrival or if guest does not show, reservations will be charged in full and will be non-refundable.
