DEPOSIT POLICY: |
One night & tax will be charged upon booking the reservation.
* Same card used for reservation required upon arrival for verification purposes alongside with valid form of ID.
* Card Holder must be physically present at check-in time for payment validation. Otherwise, a new method of payment will be required.
* Remaining balance is due upon arrival.
* No Resort Fee will be charged.
* A credit card authorization deposit in the amount of $100.00 is required at check in for incidental charges. We do not accept cash/prepaid/debit cards
* Special rate available until midnight of 09/23/2019.
*Standard Check-In time is 3PM. Standard Check-Out time is 11AM.

CANCELLATION POLICY: |
* Reservations made based on this contract may be cancelled with no penalty to the individual up to 21 days prior to arrival, Monday September 23rd, 2019.
* Cancellations within 21 days will be charged a one-night room rate + cancellation fee (deposit forfeiture).
*Cancellations within 21-0 days as well as no shows, will be charged the entire amount of room and tax that would have been generated.
