| CANCELLATION POLICY: | Individual reservations made directly by a guest may be cancelled with no penalty to the individual up to 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, as well as no shows, will be charged the entire amount of room and tax that would have been generated.
