| DEPOSIT POLICY: | The Hotel requires a deposit in the amount of one night’s room and tax when individuals submit this reservation, payable by credit card . The same credit card is required upon check in, and for a $100 deposit for incidentals, which is automatically released upon check out. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY: | Individual reservations made directly by a guest may be cancelled with no penalty to the individual up to 21 days prior to arrival. Cancellations between 21 days and 14 days prior to arrival will be charged a one night’s cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival, as well as no shows, will be charged the entire amount of room and tax that would have been generated. |
