DEPOSIT POLICY: |
* One night & tax will be charged upon booking the reservation.
* Remaining balance is due upon arrival.
*Credit card used to secure reservation will be responsible for any applicable fees in case of cancellation and/or modification within terms
* A deposit in the amount of $100.00 is required at check in for incidental charges.
* Spaces are subjected to availability. Special rate available until 08/13/2017. |

CANCELLATION POLICY: |
* If cancelling 45-31 days prior to arrival one night will be charged.
* If cancelling 30-0 days or in case of no show, will be charged the entire amount of room and tax that would have been generated. |
