DEPOSIT POLICY: * Payment for the room in full will be collected 30 days prior to the arrival date.
* We do not accept AMEX as a method of payment
* A deposit in the amount of $100.00 per room per day is required at check in for incidental charges, up to a $500 max per stay. Sorry, we do not accept cash/check/debit/prepaid cards for this fee. This deposit is released on departure date.
* Spaces are subjected to availability. Special rate available until availability allows.
CANCELLATION POLICY: * If cancelling 60-46 days prior to arrival there will be no fees associated. 
* If cancelling 45-31 days prior to arrival will be charged one night room rate + tax cancellation fee. Deposit forfeiture.
* If cancelling 30-0 days or in case of no show, will be charged the entire amount of room and tax that would have been generated.
