DEPOSIT POLICY: The Hotel requires a deposit in the amount of one night’s room and tax when individuals submit this reservation, payable by credit card . The same credit card is required upon check in, and for a $100 deposit for incidentals, which is automatically released upon check out.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Individual reservations made directly by a guest may be cancelled with no penalty to the individual up to 14 days prior to arrival.  Cancellations between 14 days and 7 days prior to arrival will be charged a one night’s cancellation fee.  Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, as well as no shows, will be charged the entire amount of room and tax that would have been generated.
