DEPOSIT POLICY:

The Hotel requires a deposit in the amount of one night’s room and tax when individuals make the reservation, payable by credit card. In the case of cancellation or no shows this card may be used to charge appropriate fees if necessary.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Individual reservations made directly by a guest may be canceled with no penalty to the individual up to 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations between 14 days and 7 days prior to arrival will be charged a one night’s cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, as well as no-shows, will be charged the entire amount of room and tax that would have been generated.
