DEPOSIT POLICY: |
* No deposit required upon booking for your reservations
* One night & tax will be charged 30 days before arrival date.
* Remaining balance is due upon arrival.
* A credit card with a minimum amount of $100.00 per day to a maximum of $500 per stay is required at check in for incidental charges. Credit card holder with matching ID has to be present at time of check-in. We apologize but we do not accept cash or debit/prepaid/check cards for this fee only.
* Spaces are subjected to availability. . |

CANCELLATION POLICY: |
* If cancelling 45-31 days prior to arrival there will be no charges
* If cancelling 30-0 days or in case of no show the entire amount of room and tax that would have been generated will be charged. |
