The Hotel requires a deposit in the amount of 1-night room and tax when individuals make the reservation, payable by credit card. In the case of attrition or cancellation of group rooms, as per this category below, this card may be used to charge appropriate fees if necessary
A $100 Security Deposit is due at check in time. This amount is released back to you account at departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Individual reservations made directly by a guest may be canceled with no penalty to the individual up to 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival, as well as no-shows, will be charged the entire amount of room and tax that would have been collected.
