We respect your privacy. We do not share, rent, sell, or otherwise use any personal information you have given us to any third party without your permission, except when required by law, subpoena or other legal process or in order to protect the safety of the public. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. Since this policy may change over time as we modify or expand our services, we suggest that you check from time to time in order to understand how we treat your personal information. Your use of this website and its services constitute your agreement to the terms of our privacy policy. If we decide to change those policies, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what personal information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it. Your continued use of this website and its services constitute your agreement to any such changes. We will not collect any personal information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. We will use this information in order to customize and enhance the services it offers its customers. Examples of such information are: name, age, gender, business, home or postal address, e-mail address, phone numbers, and travel preferences. We may share non-personal aggregate, or summary, information regarding its customers with partners or other third parties, but we do not sell or share any information at the individual customer level.

Cancellation Policies
Regular Reservations
Reservations cannot be modified: price quoted applies to exact date (s) nights/stay booked. Modifications to your reservation (including but not limited to name changes, date changes, etc.) are not permitted.
Early Departure /Cancellation: If you depart early, cancel (within 7 days prior to your arrival) or fail to honor this reservation for any reason, you will not receive any credit or refund.
Extending your stay: extensions will require a new reservation for the additional date (s) subject to availability and prevailing rates(old rates shall not apply).
Included in Price: The price you selected includes room rate only, applicable taxes, and fees are not included on the price quoted. It also does not include any applicable service charges or charges for optional incidentals (including but not limited to gratuities, food, beverage, parking, mini bar charges and other optional incidentals).
Other Restrictions: This rate may not be combined with any other offers and promotions and is not available to groups. If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled date, your reservation will be cancelled and you will not receive any refund or credit.
Special Events
Full Payment in Advance: Full payment is required for this reservation at the time of booking; your credit card will be charged immediately in U.S dollars for the total amount quoted for the entire stay as reserved and if not cancelled seven days prior to arrival, no credits or refunds will be issued. Charges cannot be applied to other stays, services or merchandise. Price and hotel availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received . Even after full payment has been received, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if we become aware of or are notified of any fraud or illegal activity associated with the payment for this reservation.

Deposits & Guarantees
There is no deposit necessary to make a reservation. However, a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the room. Special event periods and resorts may require an actual deposit depending at the time of booking and will be stated during the booking process. Direct billing accounts must be set up through Property Accounting Offices and guests must fax requests on company letterhead.
A valid credit card is required at check-in. In addition to room and tax an additional 150 USD / GBP per night will be held on your credit card to guarantee any incidental charges.

Check-In/Check-Out
Check-In time is 3pm. Check-Out time is 12pm. Early Check-In is by request only and not guaranteed. Late Check-Out must be coordinated with the hotel if it is available. Guests must be at least 18 years old to check into a hotel.

Pets
The South Beach Group Hotels does not allow pets unless previously arranged with the hotel's General Manager.

Luggage Store
Luggage storage is available through the Front Desk and Bellman at no charge.

Gift Certificates & Prepaid Bookings
Gift Certificates are available through the hotels individually. Prepaid bookings require a Credit Card Authorization Form to be completed and faxed to the hotel. This form is available by calling the hotel directly.

Tax Exempt Guests
All Tax Exempt Guests must bring an Individual Tax Exempt form from their organization and present it upon checking in.
