- Are all SBG hotels loud party hotels?
FALSE
We do not describe ourselves as party hotels. However we are "party friendly" and encourage our guests to have the best time possible while staying with us. This is why we offer a free happy hour every day from 7-8 pm at our lobby lounges and then equip our guests with all the VIP passes they'll need to do South Beach in style.
So yes, you will hear music when you walk into our lobbies... You could drink one too many drinks at our happy hour...and you might end up unleashing your wild alter ego . One thing is for sure though...You will have the time of your life.
HOWEVER, because we understand that some of you might be over the party scene, we recently opened our first sober hotel: The Metropole. No bar. All suites. Private courtyard setting.To die for.

- Rooms at the Metropole are on the dark side...?

The chic and modern decor of our Metropole suites combines chocolate hardwood floors, gray walls, black granite counter tops and stainless steel accents. However, all of our rooms are properly lit by designer lamps and have large windows allowing you to enjoy beautiful natural sun light.
- Do all SBG hotels offer free airport transportation?
TRUE
All of our properties offer complimentary airport transportation to and from the Miami International Airport (MIA only) via our shuttle. Please note that you should board our shuttle at The Chesterfield Hotel at 855 Collins Avenue. If you are a guest of the Catalina, Metropole and Mercury hotels the shuttle will pick you up. In all cases, you must contact your front desk agent the day of your departure to reserve a seat. When boarding at the Miami International Airport, please wait for the shuttle under the "hotel shuttle" sign on the second floor at terminal G.
