DEPOSIT POLICY: |
The Hotel requires a deposit in the amount of one night’s room and tax when individuals submit this reservation, payable by credit card. A valid credit card must be presented at check in time. Remaining balance is due upon arrival. |

CANCELLATION POLICY: |
Individual reservations made directly by a guest may be cancelled with no penalty to the individual up to 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, as well as no shows, will be charged the entire amount of room and tax that would have been generated. |
