DEPOSIT POLICY: | * One night & tax will be charged upon booking the reservation. * Remaining balance is due upon arrival. * A deposit in the amount of $100.00 per room per day is required at check in for incidental charges, up to a $500 max per stay. Sorry, we do not accept cash/check/debit/prepaid cards for this fee. This deposit is released on departure date. * Spaces & Special Rates are subjected to availability. CANCELLATION POLICY: | * Reservations may be cancelled with no penalty to the individual up to 31 days prior to arrival. * If cancelling 30-15 days to arrival date, one night room rate and tax cancellation fee will apply. Original Deposit is forfeitted. * If cancelling 14-00 days or in case of no show, the entire amount of room and tax that would have been generated will be charged Early Departures are considered cancellations within terms |
