Rate:	Wed, May 29th - $125 Thursday, May 30th - $125 Friday, May 31st - $150 Saturday, June 1st - $150 Sunday, June 2nd - $125 + $20 extra for a room with two beds.
Additional Charges:	+ $20 extra person fee for 3rd and 4th person. Room rates quoted do not include 14% taxes and our daily resort fee of $17.10 per room per night (inclusive of tax). This fee covers local and toll free phone calls up to 15 minutes in duration wireless internet access via your laptop computer, beach towels, daily happy hour (signature drink only)

DEPOSIT POLICY:

The Hotel requires one night deposit at the time of booking, payable by credit card. The same credit card is required upon check-in and for an incidental deposit of $100 per day per room with a max of $500 per stay. om with a max of $500 per stay. We do not accept Amex, prepaid cards, Chime, or gift cards. The Hotel requires a deposit in the amount of one night’s room and tax at the time of booking. The same credit card needs to be presented at check-in for the remaining balance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:	Cancellations between 14 days and 7 days prior to arrival will be charged a one night's cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, as well as no shows, will be charged the entire amount of room and tax that would have been generated.
LUGGAGE:	Due to liability and safety concerns, the hotel will not hold guests' luggage.

We offer housekeeping service every 3rd day of your stay. In addition, we will remove trash and replace towels daily. Anytime during your stay, you may stop by the front desk to request additional items such as towels or amenities.
