DEPOSIT POLICY: |

The hotel requires to charge one night’s room and tax when individuals make the reservation, payable by credit card.

Prepayment of all estimated charges is required 7 days prior to arrival.

An authorization in the amount of $100.00 is required at check-in only on major credit cards for incidental charges. (No debit cards will be accepted).

CANCELLATION POLICY: |

Individual reservations may be cancelled with no penalty to the individual up to 21 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations between 21 days and 7 days prior to arrival will be charged a one night’s cancellation fee.
-
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, as well as no-shows, will be charged the entire amount of room and tax that would have been generated.
